STATEMENT OF LEADERSHIP
We believe in the necessity of uniquely Christian leadership to develop children into their full God-given potential, and that the leaders of any organization intending to develop children in a Christian environment must absolutely model and adhere to Biblical behavior. (1 Timothy 3:1-13)
STATEMENT OF LIFE
We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life by treating all persons equally without regard to race, ethnicity, gender or any other immutable characteristic. (Psalm 139:13; Jeremiah 1:5)
STATEMENT OF MARRIAGE, GENDER AND SEXUALITY
We believe that God created each person, distinct as male and female, and that these complementary genders together, reflect the image and nature of God. We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one mature natural born genetic male (a “man”) and one mature natural born genetic female (a “woman”), in a single and exclusive union, as expressed in Scripture. We further believe that any form of sexual immorality is sinful and offensive to God. Therefore, all students must refrain from all immoral acts and behaviors, and comply with Biblical teaching on chastity. We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect and dignity. Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes inconsistent with Biblical truth directed to any individual are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of this organization.
