A Cause Worth Supporting

Why Support Liberty Classical

Liberty Classical Academy is an independent school and a 501c3 non-profit organization. Liberty does not rely on state or federal government funding and is not affiliated with any church and thus does not receive congregational or denominational funding or subsidies. Financial independence is one of Liberty's significant operational challenges yet it has also proven to be an important strength. Because of this, Liberty has the freedom to operate independently; we are free to utilize the proprietary, K-12 Liberty Classical Academy curriculum with no strings attached. This freedom and autonomy supports the principles of our school and becomes more essential by the day.

Fundraising is critical to Liberty, and we commit that every dollar raised will be used wisely to provide an excellent Classical Christian education taught by highly qualified, dedicated, and talented teachers. Our program is rooted in timeless truths and it is more timely than ever; it's a cause worth supporting.

A recent Liberty graduate reflects on his Liberty education

Beale-Family

This fall, Griffin Beale is a Freshman at Baylor University and he enjoys the distinct blessing of taking his K-12 Liberty education to Texas with him. In just his first few months at Baylor, Griffin has noticed that his comfort level with difficult texts including Scripture far surpasses that of his peers. He was also selected from a large pool of applicants for a campus leadership organization after completing an extensive written application and interview process, something that he remarked, "...came much easier to me than most of the other students, given my Liberty experience."

Thoughts from a Liberty Classical teacher

I admit it. At times I catch myself thinking that this is normal, that it's “just a school” like everywhere else. Then I talk with prospective families or other visitors and watch the bewilderment, then the curiosity, then the realization cross their faces as they come to grasp what really happens here. I hear the discussions of my students as they grapple with ideas many people will never even consider. I see teachers praying with their students and investing in their lives. I get to have conversations with my students about faith, hope, heartache, and Truth. And I am reminded this is not an ordinary place.
