Late Pick-up & Extended Day Policy
LOWER SCHOOL LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Objective: Ensure the safety of all students after school hours.
Scope: All students in Preschool through grade 5
Location: Lower School pickup is on the west side of the building only
GUIDELINES
School ends at 3:05 pm at the Hugo Campus and 3:15 pm at the White Bear Lake Campus.
K–5 students who are on school property after 3:35 pm without a parent or guardian present are required to check into the Extended Day Care Program and fees will be assessed based on the times listed below.
The Extended Day Program runs from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm every day that school is in session.
Childcare is offered at Contracted and Drop-in rates from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm for Preschool and Kindergarten students, with billing being on a per-day basis, regardless of time of pickup before 3:10 pm.
Contracted and Drop-in care is offered from 3:35 pm to 5:30 pm for all K-5 students signed into aftercare, with billing being in 30 min. increments. Thus, a Preschool or Kindergarten student who stays until 5:30 pm would be billed for one day from 12:00 pm to 3:15 pm and for five 30-minute increments.
A late charge of $10/half-hour per student will be assessed for students not picked up by 5:30 pm.
Families who contract for full-time aftercare will qualify for a 10% discount each billing period given their account is in good financial standing.
All fees are payable to Liberty Classical Academy, which reserves the right to deny a student Extended Day services if payments are delinquent.
MIDDLE/UPPER SCHOOL LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Objective: Ensure the safety of all students after school hours.
Scope: All students in grades 6 through 12
Location: Middle/Upper School pickup is on the east side of the building only
GUIDELINES
All students must be picked up by 3:35 pm.
Middle School Students who are on school property after 3:35 pm may wait quietly for pickup at the front of the building (by the couches). If they are found not where they are supposed to be or are acting inappropriately, they will be sent to Aftercare and the parents will be invoiced.
All fees are payable to Liberty Classical Academy, which reserves the right to deny a student Extended Day services if payments are delinquent.
