ORDER INFO
All lunch and milk orders will be accepted online through Renweb and paid for through the FACTS system.
CKC Good Food will return as our caterer. We will also be offering Chick-fil-A every Monday and Papa John's pizza every Friday.
TIPS:
- Watch for the Weekly e-News for opportunities to order lunch for the next month.
- The window for ordering is approximately 7-14 days.
- We get the menu from the caterer, input the info into renweb and create the menu for parents, then we turn on ordering. Once our final order is placed, we have to close ordering capabilities.
- You can order Chick-fil-A and Papa John's 1 week out by emailing lunch@libertyclassicalacademy.org, but unfortunately, you cannot order CKC beyond the monthly deadline. Please do not miss the window for ordering CKC as we are not able to add on late orders!
- Please provide your student with a drink or water bottle for use at lunch to ensure students are staying hydrated!

- Chick-fil-A Lunch: varies by order, approx. $6.50
- Lower School Hot Lunch $5.00
- Lower School Pizza Lunch $4.50
- Middle and Upper School Hot Lunch $6.00
- Middle and Upper School Pizza Lunch $4.75
- Extra Pizza Slice $1.50
- Milk $0.65

Who do I contact if I have questions about lunch orders?

**If you have questions regarding billing for lunch orders, please email our finance department at bookkeeping@libertyclassicalacademy.org.
What if my child forgets his/her lunch?
The kitchen is able to provide your child with a hot lunch or PB&J lunch based on availability. Your FACTS account will be billed and you will be notified for each forgotten lunch charge via email.
- Same-Day Lunch Price: $6.50
What about absences?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer lunch refunds for absence/illness because we pre-order from the caterer. If your child is absent and you would like to make arrangements for a sibling or friend to have their lunch please contact the Lunch Coordinator at lunch@libertyclassicalacademy.org.
How do I volunteer in the lunch room?
Sign up! Our lunch program seeks much needed parent/grandparent volunteers to help keep the lunch line moving in an efficient and timely manner.
