We are excited to announce Families for Liberty as our restructured and revitalized Parent Connect group! This group will continue to function with parents and families as volunteers to support our school’s students and faculty, host events to socialize and build relationships, and to better serve our entire Liberty community. We invite you to join us in our mission to support, socialize, and serve to enrich and connect our Liberty Classical Academy community!

 

FAMILIES FOR LIBERTY MISSION

Families for Liberty is a parent-led organization that exists to facilitate positive relationships between parents, staff, and the administration.

 

What is the Purpose of Families for Liberty?

• To involve, engage, and connect all Liberty families to the school and to one another.
• To support LCA students, staff, and families through prayer.
• To develop a sense of community between students, staff, parents, and other family members by: (a) providing opportunities for all families to be supported and integrated into the LCA community, (b) assisting teachers in ways that will enrich the students' educational experience, (c) assisting the administration with activities, events, and fundraising that bless the school body, (d) sponsoring events to further build community and faith and engage families, (e) bless the faculty and staff to encourage retention

 

Ways Families for LibertyBenefits and Blesses our School:

 - Coffee on the first day of school

 - Orchestrates Room Parents to help plan for room parties, teacher gifts and birthdays

 - Blesses the teachers throughout the year

- Hosts parent socials and family events for the purpose of community building

 - Coordinates small fundraisers such as Butter Braids, Luige's Pizza, Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough

 - Provides meals to faculty for Parent-Teacher Conferences

 - Arranges for student snacks during Testing Week

 - Organizes the Last Day of School Celebration
