Join us for Education in Society’s presentation led by Angela Johnson, Licensed Therapist and Liberty’s Middle and Upper School Art Teacher. Angela has worked in the mental health field for 15 years and is a fierce advocate for helping youth navigate life’s challenges through a Biblical counseling lens.
In this presentation, parents will learn how to respond to their child’s anxiety in a way that helps build resiliency and eliminate perfectionism, as well as delve into how adolescent brains develop.

Meet Mrs. Angela Johnson
Angela received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Art from Bethel University. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy from the University of St. Thomas. Angela is a licensed therapist and and enjoys teaching art to Liberty’s middle and upper school students.
Angela and her husband Mark have four Liberty Lions. We love having her on our faculty, and we are sure you will love her too!
