RW 360: Going Beyond Emotional Intelligence

Ryan is the Director of Academic and Church Initiatives for Relational Wisdom 360. RW 360 is a branch of the global ministry Peacemakers Ministries, led by Ken Sande. Ryan will be flying to speak at Liberty from his home state of Montana, and he comes highly recommended by Ken Sande himself. Our school community has instituted the Peacemakers curriculum into our 3-8th grade program this year, and our staff and faculty are also undergoing the RW360 training together as well.

He will be speaking on key elements related to developing relational wisdom and unity within a community, which ties beautifully into Liberty Classical’s 2025-26 theme of Mission Alignment and Unity. His presentation will be a 45-minute talk followed by time for Q&A.

RW360’s mission is to develop and deliver innovative, affordable training in relational wisdom, peacemaking and conciliation that equips people around the world with skills that strengthen relationships, prevent and resolve conflict and promote justice and peace in ways that reveal the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
