Beforecare and Aftercare

Beforecare and Aftercare 2025-2026

To ease your busy schedules, we are pleased to offer Beforecare and Aftercare at our White Bear Lake Campus from August 25th to May 29th, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm for students in 3rd-5th grades.

Rates:

Beforecare: 7:30-7:50 am (at which time the doors to classroom hallways are opened) $7.75/hour, per student, billed in 15-minute increments.

Aftercare: 3:35-5:30 pm $7.75/hour, per student, billed in 15-minute increments.

Billing:

• Any children in 3rd-5th grades present in the school building before 7:50 am will be billed $3.75, whether or not a parent signs them in.
• Aftercare charges begin at 3:35 pm and are billed in 15-minute increments. Any 3rd-5th grade child not picked up by 3:35 pm will be signed in to Aftercare with a 15-minute minimum charge.
• If you’re later than 5:30 pm picking up your child(ren), a fee of $10/half-hour per child will be added.
