All-School Homecoming Pep Fest
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND | 1:15-1:45 PM | HUGO CAMPUS
We can't wait to welcome our entire community to the 2026 Homecoming Pep Fest in the new Hugo gym! WBL students will be bused to Hugo for the celebration, and details regarding the schedule can be found below! Afternoon dismissal and buses will run as normal following the Pep Fest.
PEP FEST SCHEDULE (HUGO CAMPUS)
11:50 AM: Pep Band Departs WBL for Hugo
12:45 PM: Remaing WBL Students Depart for Hugo Campus
1:15 PM: All-School Pep Fest BEGINS!
1:45: Pep Fest Ends
1:50: WBL Bus Begins Loading for Return
*Dismissal as usual at both campuses
3RD - 8TH GRADE FAMILIES: PLEASE READ
IF you would like to pick your child up from the Hugo campus after the pep fest on Friday, October 2nd, please read the following:
- 3rd-8th grade students being picked up at Hugo following the pep fest MUST be signed out of the Hugo gymnasium by 1:50 PM!
- Any WBL student remaining in the gym after 1:50 PM will ride the bus back to the WBL campus for afternoon pickup.
- 3rd-8th grade students will be sitting by class/house advisor at the pep fest. Parents who wish to sign their child out MUST see their child's teacher in order to sign him/her out. Teachers will all have a class roster.
- WBL students not going back to the WBL campus may bring their backpacks to the pep fest. There will be a spot for student backpacks if your child is being picked up at Hugo.
3RD - 5TH GRADE GIRLS CHEER SQUAD
- If your daughter in 3rd-5th grade will be participating in cheer squad at the soccer game and/or Ribbon Cutting, please fill out this form. If she will only be at the pep fest, you do not need to complete the form. Please direct questions to asimonson@libertyclassicalacademy.org.
