Liberty's annual Lower School Speech Meet is quickly approaching! The goal of Speech Meet is to provide a calm opportunity to practice presentation skills in front of an audience. The K-2nd grade Speech Meet will be held in the Hugo Campus Library on Friday, October 24th. Each class has an assigned time, please see the schedule below. Here are a few reminders:

• • We will be hosting a short reception following each presentation time for families and students. Cookies, coffee, and water will be served. 

• • Students will present in their dress uniform, and they should plan to wear dress uniform all day. They may bring tennis shoes for recess and PE.

• • There will be an awards ceremony at the end of the day from 2:40 - 3:00 p.m. in the gymnasium. Afternoon pick-up will occur as normal.

Parents, friends, and family members are invited to come and watch, and celebrate the poems of the K-2nd graders. This is an amazing experience for all the students and a highlight of the lower school year. We hope you'll join us!
