Kindergarten Extended Day Program 2022-2023
Dear Kindergarten Parents,
To ease your busy schedules, we are pleased to offer a Kindergarten Extended Day care program from August 29th to June 2nd, providing childcare before and after your child’s Kindergarten day on Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 5:30pm. The extended day program is available only to students that are enrolled in the Liberty Classical Academy Kindergarten program.
Families are asked to fill out an Extended Day Contract if they plan to have their Kindergarten child(ren) regularly attend. Contracts are approved on a first come, first serve basis until we reach capacity. Each family will be obligated to pay for contracted hours regardless of whether or not the student attends Extended Day for that given time. Contracted hours are charged at $6.00/hour per child and are billed in half-hour increments. (You will not be charged during Kindergarten class hours, only the time before and after.)
Before-school Care is charged as a single $3.50 unit. Any children in grades K-5 present in the school building before 8:05am will be billed $3.50, whether or not a parent signs them in.
Drop-in care is also available if arranged in advance at the rate of $7.00/hour. We can only accommodate a limited number of children, so you must verify that there is space on the day you wish to use drop-in care. Advance notice of 24 hours is greatly appreciated. Additionally, please be sure to purchase a hot lunch or send a lunch with your child if they plan to stay through lunch.

A new contract can only be filled out at the beginning of second semester. Should extenuating circumstances arise, other amendments to the Extended Day Contract must be submitted to, and approved by, the Childcare Director. LCA reserves the right to revoke the privilege of Extended Day, if payments are not made on time.

Hugo Extended Day Program 2022-2023

To ease your busy schedules, Liberty provides before and after-school care when needed. Childcare is available for all students through 2nd grade before school, from 7:30–8:05am (at which time the doors to classroom hallways are opened), and after school, until 5:30pm.
Rates per Student:
After-School Care (3:30-5:30) $6.00/hour Contract $7.00/hour Drop-In
Billing:
- Before-school Care is charged as a single $3.50 unit. Any children in grades K-5 present in the school building before 8:05am will be billed $3.50, whether or not a parent signs them in.
- After-school Care: Aftercare charges begin at 3:30 and are billed in 15 minute increments. Any K-5 children not picked up by 3:30pm will be signed into Aftercare with a 15 minute minimum charge.
- If you’re late picking up your child(ren), a fee of $10/half-hour per child will be added after 5:30pm Monday-Friday.
- Charges will be assessed a late fee of 5% per month if an invoice is unpaid past 30 days.
- We reserve the right to revoke the use of Extended Day, if payments are not made on time.
Contracts: Families are asked to fill out an Extended Day Contract if they plan to have their child(ren) attend Extended Day Care on a regular basis. The Contract grants you a lower billing rate and helps us plan adequate staffing.
Drop-In: We provide drop-in care as needed, on a last-minute basis, at a rate of $7.00/hour.

White Bear Lake Extended Day Program 2022-2023
Dear Parents,
To ease your busy schedules, Liberty provides before and after-school care when needed. Childcare is available for all students 3rd through 5th grade before school, from 7:30–7:50am (at which time the doors to classroom hallways are opened), and after school, until 5:30pm.
*Students in Grades 6-8 may wait quietly for pickup after 3:30 at the front of the building (by the couches). Disruptive behavior will result in being sent to Aftercare and parents will be billed.
